yes, but it's always been like that, either 7.45 or 8pm GMT kick off. Don't know why, it just is :)

Shouldn't the last matches be played at the exact same time everywhere to prevent cheating?

Just like the last round of the groups phase in the worldcup.

i think the last matches are played together at 7.45pm GMT, the 8pm kick offs are rare i think
