Where can I get that theme? Also can the icons be transparent? Or do you have to manually take part of the background and put it in the icon?

That theme is called Mystique and you can download it through the AppTapp installer. Also the icons are already transparent so they will show any wall through them like that...

I wanted a simple Tracker skin for my good old SonyEricsson P910i, but couldn't find one, so I made one myself.

Changed the Tracker skin a bit, made things brighter, added some colour and gradient + changed the main phone skin to match the Tracker skin.
