Okay, this is a Winmo 6.5 build - custom rom ala http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=656835

Now, this is using the famed Cookies Home Tab Editor 1.8.5 (allows the home tab customization & retracted slider bar etc), and the clock - wow let me tell you about the clocks; the thread for the guy that does this work is here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=691638

Notable about his analog clocks is the complication/Tourbillon mechanics he uses, fully timed and functioning. As if that weren't enough, although the particular clock isnt in that shot, he has a Lum-Tec (yes real company) face(s) and the clock script actually allows the clock to morph from a day view to a night-low light glow effect. There's a youtube link in this post http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=670136 where you can see the clock transition from day to night glow mode :)

Slight update:

Running official T-Mobile 2.1 rom now, fancy widget for clock and iphone icon replacements using bettercut, the wallpaper is one continuous one but its not wide enough to look as all in one in screenshots.
