Opera clinging to 3rd place in Brasil for all it's worth... if i install MacOS does it ask me what browser to pick? what about any flavor of Linux? maybe some do.
If Edge had the dominant market that IE once had, maybe Opera would have a point, other than the fact that some of MS' own apps default to Edge instead of your default choice, which is valid. The idea of not being able to bundle another browser with Windows is not a issue IMO. That's no different than all the OEM bloatware we used to get with a new PC, and still sort of do in the end.
I'd rather get a clean Windows install and then add on what I want then have to remove stuff some OEM thought they'd add in because of some deal and a few extra bucks.
Also, at the end of the day I don't see the above complaints as a issue when it comes to Chrome being the market leader by a wide margin, so maybe the problem Opera has is with Opera itself?
