ok this is now in beta stage, I still have to work on taskbar and system tray, and start menu is not done @all...

Do you like it and what should I improve ?

The titlebar buttons look like they are a bit further apart than the other themes. Did you move them? I tried to move the buttons all the way to the left, but the theme broke when I did this.

In fact the buttons are just smaller... So that won't help you much ! you wanted a perfect OSx ?

Yeah, I was attempting to set up a better OS X style. There are entries in the ini for Offset and other related parameters. Changing them seems to do nothing most of the time.
