Algemene Informatie

Deze release is gebaseerd op de nieuwe versie 5.1 van AutoPatcher. De basis voor deze release, is ontstaan met de Engelse versie in gedachte en Service Pack SP2 ge?nstalleerd. De Engelse[/b]> versie zal starten op iedere Engelse[/b]> versie van windows en zal dan ook alleen de onderdelen laten zien die van toepassing zijn op het ge?nstalleerde Operating System als de taal overeenkomt. Met andere woorden, bij gebruik van de Engelse[/b]b> versie zie je geeNederlandseb> updates of beschrijvingen. Echter wel de Eind-gebruikers licentie. DezNederlandseb> versie zal alleen starten op eeNederlandsb> Windows XP platform.

AutoPatcher Releases zijn ook verschenen in de volgende talen voor windows XP:

Sorry! The latest AutoPatcher versions are supporting XP versions with SP2 installed. That's how I made these versions.

That's the reason why it won't show you the information! You could have seen that on the the filename.

Hoi ik heb ook de laatste autopatcher geinstalleerd, alleen dan wel de engelse versie, maar ik krijg bij het opstarten zo'n licentie overeenkomst schermpje alleen er is in het geheel geen tekst, ook de buttons zoals akkoord of verder bevatten geen tekst. Als ik dan gewoon op de gok akkoord ga krijg ik de volgende melding:

Run Time error 429, ActiveX component can't create object.

Iemand enig idee wat er mis gaat?

In de directory waar je AutoPatcher hebt geinstalleerd is een subdirectory \win9xnt installeer deze files en als het goed is zal het daarna wel werken. O,ja even je systeem opnieuw opstarten

- Het zou fijn zijn als de knop "maximaliseren" zou werken: Er zijn (waarschijnlijk vooral in het NL) zoveel updates met een hele lange naam dat je altijd het venster zit te vergroten dmv slepen...

- Ook zou heel fijn zijn als de gemaakte keuzes ge?xporteerd zouden kunnen worden naar een bestand. Mocht ik dan een andere PC willen installeren met dezelfde opties hoef ik tenminste niet alle keuzes nog een keer langs om te kijken welke ik allemaal moest hebben. Simpel bestandje importeren en draaien maar. Desnoods in script-vorm, maar ik zou nu niet weten hoe...?

- Bij de PowerToys: Zet daar net als bij de andere toys de naam neer van TweakUI.

Andere dingen die ik tegenkwam bij de editie van Augustus zijn nu netjes opgelost. Hulde!

After my first install I ran into some other problems:

didn't work...

Schakel 'OUDE BESTANDEN COMPRIMEREN' uit voor de functie schijfopruiming

Verander de beschrijving 'Deze computer' bij de desktop icoon door deze functie toe te passen "%USERNAME% aangemeld op %COMPUTERNAME%"

And the Windows Restart wasn't announced! I was working in Notepad to write down these problems while running Autopatcher and suddenly Windows Restarted!

(NO not a BSOD or something like that, It really restarted without my authorisation!)

After the second install (because of the problems described above) it also Restarted without notification. Very frustrating!

While I was installing I ran into a error, screendumps are attached...

About the question why the the maximize button is disabled, take a look Minimize / maximize button

For the other problems I'll have to see if I can simulate it here. Will take some time but I'll let you know asap.
