Comcast, owner of OLN, refuses to provide OLN programming unless millions more subscribers pay additional costs. After searching I got this -- http://www.tmcnet.com/usubmit/2005/oct/1195840.htm So... no more NHL for Dish Network users (until the rare ABC games, I believe)? Steffan Posted October 22, 2005 Share Posted October 22, 2005 You ain't missing much with OLN. They had so many problems after the first two games. The game on 10/10 never aired. Since they had audio problems. It also feels different since ESPN and ESPN2 doesn't air the games any more. Basho1 Posted October 23, 2005 Share Posted October 23, 2005 I watched the first game on OLN and it was awful. The video and graphics are awful. It was as if they were using 1970's graphics and equipment. It might as well have been in black and white. Image was crisp for the tour de France, and for their fishing shows why not for Hockey? Definitely not the quality of the ESPN broadcasts. I hope they work out the issues they have been having and update their equipment so we can enjoy some good hockey.
