Unless I am misunderstanding your request, Win 11 has this already.
Taskbar Settings > Taskbar behaviors (expand) > Combine taskbar buttons and hide labels (near the bottom) > Never
This has the added effect of also showing the title text of each window by the taskbar icon (which I prefer), but it definitely looks different that the stock Mac/Win 11 taskbar/doc of icons.
By the looks of it the 8000mts ram support/more pcie-e gen 5 lanes is the most exciting thing. Plus the likelihood that the TDP of the processors is the baseline. The lack of detail on the CPU clocks is not so promising.
Tablets and laptops. I'm just not sure if Windows is up to the task of scheduling correct cores.
Also back to quad cores with Core Ultra 3. Whats with intel and quad cores... ?!
