Anyone own new 15" PB?

I'm thinking of selling my PowerBook G4 for the next gen intel ones;

1.67GHz 1GB 15" (older screen res) 64MB VRAM SuperDrive, AppleCare, 80GB HDD?

so this lines issue, is it irritating as i dont want to see anything get in the way of photoshop.

also are there any more planned updates on the g4 powerbooks before the intel powerbooks come out?

I personally don't find them annoying and never notice them. I am also the type of person who notices and pays attention to detail. There is one lad on MacNN that is spouting off about how much they affect his work but I wouldn't take it from him. Really, the best thing you can do is go into a store and look at one yourself and see if it is that bad. I think you will find you won't notice them unless you are super close, but it's always better to just get a look yourself.

I just wanted to let you guys know that I got a 15" new Powerbook. Stock, so 80GB Hard drive. No dead pixels, the screen appears to be perfect really.. nothing that I can see wrong with it.

oh, the 15" is SOOOO worth it, I LOVEEE it :)

I own a PB 12" and could not afford a 15" PB as it compares to a 20" iMac G5. I suppose if I had the money I would've chosen the 15" for the extra features. It's not that much heavier either.

Yep, I come from a mac mini (1.42GHz, Superdrive, no bluetooth or wireless, 80GB HDD and 512MB of RAM)
