Lanky
For people saying why would you warm milk, what about hot chocolates? Surely you don't wanna use all hot water and only a little milk. Anyway I always boil never tried the microwave. Does it make liquids taste different? I absolutely hate the way microwaves make stuff all soft and rubbery. SaguratuS
Haha, "6 liters a week". I think I've got you beat big time. For the past 12 years, I've downed about a gallon of milk a day, 4 of those years it was whole milk, the rest 2%, with the occasional unavoidable 1%. The effect? Well it's a double edged sword really. I'm extremely healthy, however there are some downsides. I weigh 240lbs at 6'5" (no gut, but likewise a far fetch from being body builder). At this point, my bones can't exactly break anymore. If something has to give due to an extreme amount of force, stuff bends. Not fun, TRUST me. Oh yeah, no cavities either, even with some seriously bad brushing habits. Other than the inevitable kidney stone later on in life, milk does the body good. I'm just about as durable as a person can get  Just be sure to get the exercise in, I was taking in about 200%-400% of the recommended saturated fat intake for 70% of my life, and the effects would show very quickly if I got lazy for any extended period of time. The Pot
I personally prefer cold milk directly from the fridge. But when it comes to heating it, boiling is the best idea :)
