The theme is called Longhorn Percept, and it's by our very own SavouryMonkey..

Search our forums here for it, it's also on DeviantArt but I dont know exactly where..

The theme is pretty impossible to use for more than 10 minutes though... :p

im loving this desktop, minimal and sexy

the vs is a flatliner mod, only difference is changed text in the start menu

th iconpackager theme is tango

and the wallpaper is a mod of one ive had for a while, and i dont remember where i got it

i think ill keep this set up, but i know ill end up changing the wallpaper a couple times :cool:
