There's a web application I'm developing that generates a new forum and automatically attaches a moderator to it. The problem is that forums and moderators don't appear in the global forum list automatically; you have to first refresh the Forum Cache and Resynchronize the Forums themselves. However, considering that my application runs separate from the Forums themselves, I cannot call upon the IPB functions themselves to do this; I must create my own.
Would anyone have the slightest as to how I could do there, or where else I might look to find out?
