Aaron Veteran Posted December 13, 2005 Veteran Share Posted December 13, 2005 In GNOME 2.12.2 I seemed to have lost the ability to right click on the desktop and launch a terminal. I once found the answer to get it back but for the life of me I can't find it again. Anyone know how to get this back?
hollix
Using Ubuntu I just thought it was apart of their updates and changes. In gnome you should be able to find the Terminal up in the taskpanel. I asked a co-worker about this issue and he linked me to this: (Thanks Wayne) http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=8...ck+terminal+add That may or may not help you. It's for Ubuntu (Debian based) - so some things may be a bit off, but it is Gnome so it should be pretty close.
