Dav-id Posted January 2, 2006 Share Posted January 2, 2006 I have just totally smashed my Mitsubishi Galant GLS into a wall when it span when going around a corner (i am convinced that this was not my fault!) so now i am looking to buy a new car - quite a different one to my old one :D I want to buy a Smart Car FourTwo and i want to get it as cheap as possible! Now the question -- I have seen on TV before photos of these huge car import yards near docks and i seem to remember hearing that it is possible to pick up a car from one of those cheaply but how do i do this? Shibby Posted January 3, 2006 Share Posted January 3, 2006 Where about do you live. There is 2 popular dealers in Romsey Southampton And another in Notingham. Both sell after markets stuff for the cars and also sell second hands cars. You can pick up some good deals on them. Best best is to look tru local papers and go in to local mercedes or smart garages for a stock list. Just pester them for a good deal.
