[WIP] ClearONE windowblinds

Today i started my first windowblinds skin. Its based on ClearONE skin for winamp.

Looks promising....would like a different start button (i.e. plain ol' winflag--just personal preference as I hate text in the start button). Should be interesting to see how you choose to deal with text in the title bar (so it can be read on multiple background colors)...
