Windows Live Mail Problem

Hi.

I got invited for the bet on the 5th of december, but everytime i try to accept, it says that i can't and it lists three possible reasons:

I am under 13

I have an account with parental lock

The beta is not available in my country

Now, i am over 13, my account has no parental lock ( i have the free hotmail, therefore no parental lock) and i am living in germany, so the beta is available here. WTF?

any ideas what could i be missing? Thanks

Change your hotmail passport profile country to USA.

What is your ISP? That was the first thing I got too...being under thirteen. Now I have this prob.

i have the same problem but my ISP is msn ... could that be it?
