The Ultra will be fine for your needs. There will not be a noticable (if any) difference in their speeds for you. Even on a DSLR, there will be minimal difference between the 2, which makes the Ultra the best speed/price card.

I'm shooting sports with them myself (1GB and 2Gb CF versions) using 5 fps Raw files that are 8Mb each and the cards do a great job of keeping up.
