[OFFICIAL] X360 Dashboard/Game Updates

yeah, it's not like the tracks in PGR4 are stored as separate "map" entities, they have the cities, and the curbs and turn signals are added on top depending on the track layout. heck in PGR3 you could make your own tracks around the cities.

be itneresting to see this cat and ouse gametype though.

"The biggest change is that players are no longer restricted to circuits, now able to roam freely around cities. You find full info over on BizarreCreations.com"

Wha-wha-what?!

Sweet!

That's the one thing I like about the NFS games that few others have; free roam cities.

Anyone know when that update will be available?

Straight from the horses mouth =) http://www.2kgames.com/cultofrapture/home.html

Many of you have been asking me about the status of the BioShock PC Patch and Xbox 360 Title Update, and I have some good news for you.

Both the BioShock PC Patch and the 360 Title Update will be available next week. In addition to these fixes, we will be releasing downloadable content free on both Xbox Live and for the PC, with the DLC bundled into the PC Patch. A full list of bug fixes and everything included in the DLC will be put up on the Cult of Rapture when the downloads become available.

The BioShock free content is out on Marketplace. Its the free Plasmids. Also i noticed in my games achievements there is now 51 instead of 50 and its a secret one. I wonder what it is and worth how much?

I just found what it is. The the hell. Complete the game without using the Vita Chamber on hard! Thats insane.

Is there any way we can store the free downloadable content updates seperately from the xbox until we actually buy the games? I know they're mostly only 20mb or so but it certainly all adds up quickly on a 20 gigger what with all the demos, saves and ripped music etc

Looking to do this without buying and overpaying for a seperate 64mb storage unit btw

well, i wouldn't keep resetting the xbox... i'd just wait until someone confirms they have it. not like it's anything special to get it exactly when it comes out.

Judging other peoples reactions I'd say most are pretty excited about it and about 90% of XB users who can, are probably sitting at their console now just waiting for the update - me included. especially seeing as I only got my console a few weeks ago and didn't even know DivX support wasn't already implemented into it

    • Can confirm, I've built stuff for others and no complaints using their products.
    • Yes I agree, it's annoying. You can now miss tabs unless you point low enough.
