It is from the Tango shell modifyer. Search here on Neowin. It is a complete (well, almost) system replacement pack with icons etc. but for some reason it didn't worked on my Hungarian XP, so I took the bitmaps from the pack and I reshacked them into shell32.dll :)

Mine of late...I try to keep mine simple as I run a lot of resource hungry apps. The little photo thing is part of Google Desktop (and yes I've made sure Search Across Computers is disabled). The sticky note util is 3M's freeware version. I also use MS's Royale desktop theme. The picture is a screenshot from Jedi Academy.
