Menu Design help

ok i have been redesigning my site alot trying to get it just perfect and im a crazy perfectionist! But i have got a decent layout going but i seemed ot be have designer block (hehe like writers block) and i can't figure out were 2 put a menu.... my menu would contain: HOME SERVICES PORTFOLIO CONTACT

font change tabs? as in font size, color or what not?

As for the navigation, put it in the green or the sidebar youve already established.

hmm idk...side bar no and the green isn't really big enuf

The sidebar is plenty big enough. As for the green, make it taller.
