edgrale Posted February 8, 2006 Share Posted February 8, 2006 Hello guys, Before anyone starts replying, let me make myself clear: I am looking for people who've actually dealt with this or DZ300/DZ500 home theatre system, I do not want useless replies like "you should have gotten a system by LG/Samsung/Whatever you n00b" :) What do you think of it? As I just ordered one, yeah I know should have asked here first, what do you think of it? What are the plus and minus sides with this one? bangbang023 Veteran Posted February 8, 2006 Veteran Share Posted February 8, 2006 I haven't heard that particular system, but generally I try to avoid sony home theaters in a box. First, they use special clips on the ends of the speaker wires which makes it extremely difficult to extend or change the cabling. Second, I've never really cared for the sound quality. All their systems tend to have a "tunnel" sound to them where it's as though the sound was coming out of a long tube. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
