It has orbs in the style The Xbox 360 flash page has and everything idicates this would be a portable something...

If they really are going to make a portable Xbox I hope they are smart enough, well since they have ported Direct X Mobile to Windows Mobile 5, please make it a full blown PDA with a stylus and a gaming device and not just some dumbed down gaming console. Promote both Win CE and Xbox at the same time.

But yeah it MIGHT be Live related since you take that with you everywhere too.
