DivX Web Player 1.0 for Windows and Mac

The DivX Web Player (formerly known as the DivX Browser Plug-In Beta) lets anyone embed high quality DivX videos in their web pages or blogs without using special streaming servers or installing server-side software. Video plays live inside the browser or full-screen while it downloads!

This is the final 1.0 version for Windows and for the Mac (PowerPC). A universal binary for the Mac and a Linux version are still in development and will be available soon.

On Windows, all of the following browsers are supported:

Internet Explorer (5.0 and above)

Firefox (1.0 and above)

Mozilla (1.7 and above)

Netscape (8.0 and above)

Opera (8.0 and above)
