RegPad is a gui based .reg file editor and viewer.

Features include fast, cancellable (via ESC key,) .reg file loading (via .reg file assocation, command line parameter, file manager drag-n-drop, or menu item selection), registry importing (0.1.1 will optionally import sub-keys as well as values,) exporting to a registry "sandbox" or saving to a file, an optional tabbed interface, an optional browser-like interface, several types of value views (Details, Icons, List, Small icons, and Tiles, as non-grouped, Key/Value grouped, or Sections grouped), drag-n-drop (cut or copy) of keys and values (across open files via the tab bar,) several types of tool bars (menu, standard, data, favorites, and tools,) a modifiable favorites and tools lists.

The user interface icons and menu text strings are also completely configurable. The icons are loaded from a user-specified directory. The menu text strings are loaded from the app's .ini file. Comments in the .ini explain what sections are used for what menu, what's configurable and what's not.
