Theme modding help needed

Hi everyone :)

I was thinking of starting a site and I found that this template (for wordpress) is cool. The only problem is that I want it a bit customized and I am really not good at doing that :(

Now what I basically want is for that template to have a transparent border (sort of like glass in windows vista borders) all around it.

Can someone please please please do this for me..I will be very greatful :D
