I have to think about how the hot, normal and hover states on the taskbar should differentiate.

I like it cept for the quick launch menu looks like it has the hover effect when the mouse isnt over it you know what I mean? And I liked how you went with a red flash in the taskbar, but it still doesn't catch my eye as well, maybe something with a little more brightness. As for the buttons on the task: they don't really differentiate between each other which lacks a feel in usage IMO. But still nice work :)

i fact i using quiktask icons in TB....but they're bordered as normal apps running....? imho doesn't look soo smooth as in the normal TB version...

any chance to change this???

In the normal TB version the border was visible on mouseover.

I have updated the blackTB version to behave in the same way.
