help! attempted hack?

Hello..

I visted this website http://www.deadprez.com/index-flash.html , clicked the movie link: http://www.deadprez.com/video/DeadPrez_Hel...VidFull_ref.mov , and this is the first time i've seen this but windows firewall went off blocking an attempted connection or something arather, the connection said resseted, and then said it was closed, there was vmware thinngies in my network connection folders, i've never seen before, so i unpluged my dsl connection..

i have zone alarm as my main firewall, a reasonal amount of security tools and running winxp sp2.. with firefox.. this never in a millions a day I surf the web, happend before.
