Steak or Lobster

to me lobsters are just oversized cockroaches (they're a member of the cockroach family to those who didn't know that.)

And for those who don't know French, I'm just saying that I prefer lobster and other seafood as I'm from the Atlantic provinces. But it's too bad that it costs $22 CDN per kilogram ($10 per pound) there (maybe more)!

You need to brush up a bit on your biology there friend. A lobster is NOT in the cockroach family. You remember that bit you (should have) learned in school? You know, Kingdom - Phylum - Class - Order - Family - Genus - Species ? Ring any bells? Well the closest the lobster and cockroach are related is that they belong to the same Phylum. Note that that is just the next catagory from Kingdom.. the Kingdom being (wait for it) ... animal. The Phylum they both belong to is Arthropoda, which means jointed legs. From there they branch into insects and crustaceans. They belong to two seperate classes within the phylum, and just to drive the point home, lobsters are NOT insects. No cookies for you.

Steak, had it last night straight off my grill. Lobster is meh, ok but to me doesn't have the savory flavorful taste of a good juicy steak.

Had steak and lobster just last week and it was the first and probably last time I will ever eat lobster. It was just OK so I don't know what all the big fuss is about. Plus it made me sick. :x
