Brandon
My grandparents 31 year old TV is finally starting to go, and theres only a bestbuy (I think) here in FL which is reasonabally close. I'm looking for a decent 24" standard 4:3 TV as the only thing they have is basic cable and a DVD player. Any comments on these? DanMc85
everything is going high definition because the fcc past a law saying that all cable singnals must be broadcasted in high def, so i would buy a high def tv for a little bit more $

Dick Montage
Yeah, High-Def will NOT be imposed for a while because that would be excluding those who couldn't afford, which is a massive population.

You need to look for one that says it has an ATSC tuner. Most will be called a digital tube or an SDTV set. The Samsung is definitely better than that rCA or Insignia. They have terrible track records.
