It's the Media Center visual style, comes with Media Center edition. But from the looks of it, I guess you can tell I don't have it(hence my sig).

The theme is... Royale Media Center? I don't know. I didn't get it from Deviantart. Hell, I don't even know where I got it from. Luckily, Yahoo search is very useful.

I'd recomend using the RO mirror. The US mirror doesn't seem to work.
