fnglazz Posted March 31, 2006 Share Posted March 31, 2006 Hi all :) I think this is probably the best forum to post this in. Sometime over the next few months, I am hoping to get a digital camcorder. A few months back, I went on ebay and got this: This is a 3.1 megapixel camera. But unfortunately it is very crap (both image quality and sound quality). I have been checking out the various camcorders and one of the nicest looking ones are the Sony handycam's. Now what I don't get, is how the Sony handycam has something like 680k pixels, whilst the other camcorder has got 3.1 megapixels, yet the sony one is far more likely to be a better quality camcorder.
