Sharp Aquos LC37DB5U vs. Syntax LT42HVi

Recommended Posts

I just picked up the Sharp Aquos LC37DB5U the other day, got it open box for $1717 at Best Buy, but this week Micro Center has the Syntax Olevia LT42HVi for $1500 AR, and I'm wondering if the quality on that set wouldn't be better. I like the fact that it has a bigger screen size, but it's also heavier.

What would you guys do in my shoes? Keep the Sharp, or go with the Syntax? Thanks for any suggestions/thoughts.

actually, i think we are the #3 seller of LCD tvs in north america. but thats cuz the prices are cheap.

and technically, our image quality, can be pretty decent. but there are a lot of small things that we don't get right. however, our next generation of TVs should actually be pretty decent.

You've got to be kidding. The buyers must be the same ones who buy Home Theatres in a box, yes?

There's a reason why Westinghouse is #1....
