I have a strong feeling that is not real. Even if it were real, which it most likely isn't, I don't know of any parent that would let a baby like that live to most likely die an early age due to the improper forming of organs.

Even if there was a possibility that this was real the news would not show this as things of this nature are brushed away. No one wants to see a mutation like this, be it natural or not, on nation/global news. Many people would question why this child was born like this. If scientists were to investigate, I am sure that the tests would be inconclusive and just classified. There is still too much information being swept under the rug in this day and age.
