in the U.S. there are also babies born without major portions of there brains either. IT was on extreme home make over. I was amazed what they could do considering they have like 90 percent of there brain missing.

Babies with anencephaly die before or shortly after birth.

If this is actually real, it is called an ancephalic baby. Meaning that it has little or no cranium (as well as other obvious deformities).

Unfortunately, there are a number of these babies born every day... they live for hours only. It is indeed a tragedy and a shame for the family and all involved.
