Definitive Best BitTorrent Client

*Zips Up Flame Retardant Suit*

I'd vote for Shareaza if it was up there.

Download Manager, Bittorrent Handler, P2P Program, Media Player all in one. It's not the quickest, but it's not just a Torrent Handler, so I forgive it :).

I guess I'll vote for Azureus, as that's the one I use if I only want to download torrents.

i think utorrent is the best right now because of how lightwieght it is...

I used Bit Tornado and i was a fan in the early days, but now it lacks some of the features other clients have.

I used Bitlord and ABC but they both imo suck compared to such a low memory usage program such as utorrent :)

i used bitcomet for the longest time, and loved it. i doubted that uTorrent could take bitcomets place so i didnt try it for a few weeks of it's initial release.. well after that period i gave in, and i have never been happier and i've never gone back. i doubt anything could take its place.

/me loves uTorrent! :)

Care to elaborate on these features. No joke intended still use command line base bittornado. aka shadows experimental.

    • Nah. For every indie dev that needs to create code for "stuff" or textures, it's a godsend enabler to possibly tackle a project that you may not otherwise. The end result and testing will tell the truth if everything works or doesn't, or a game is just mediocre slop, but now these tools are now there and it's the developer's duty to judge the outcome, and even more so for pro studios. And you gotta remember that they will be at an early stage.
    • whoosh my comment went over your head. Enjoy your notchless 3:2 OLED device
    • As a game dev, today was really depressing. They announced that Blueprints will be deprecated in UE6 to be fully replaced by their sh**ty Python-like Verse language... They also announced that 5.8 will be the last version of UE5 until UE6 comes out in MID 2029!!!! They have completely lost the plot.
