0 gigapixels Veteran Posted May 10, 2006 Veteran Share Posted May 10, 2006 uTorrent is great, but it seems like they have been going against what made them so attrative in the first place (minimal torrent client). Every version they release gets bigger and bigger and although it hasn't become a problem yet, I'd be nice if they just branched off a 'minimal' version with all the big fixes when the program does get bigger and use more resources. But so far it's great! It's still only 154kb and extremely light on resources... I'd say "micro" still describes it perfectly well.
0 cfish828
I think Bitcomet is the best, because it is take lower system resource.

0 ahfunaki
I've been using BitComet for a while, and I thought it was good until I just downloaded uTorrent, and holy hell... On the same torrent I was getting MAX 15kB/s with BitComet and now I'm getting an average of 70kB/s with uTorrent, and it keeps going up... I've been using it 10 minutes and I love it already... BitComet has been uninstalled...
0 BigGiantHead
Originally used Shareaza, but switched to BitComet when I couldn't preview the files. BitComet didn't work well for me so I switched to uTorrent. It's excellent and light on resources.
