It's being installed on hardware that it's not meant to be installed with. Yea I didn't go around taking surveys on whether people agree or not but I can assume the general consensus is that what he's doing is wrong. So shut up when you don't know.

      I own these and the normal QuietComfort ones from Bose. The QC are amazing and I want to love these, but for the life of me, I have a terrible time getting them attached to my ears.
