The my computer icon along with the icons used in explorer are from the Crystal Clear Bricopack and the hard drives and recycle bin icons are from the iVisita PNG icons set. You need a theme that you like. A good wall. Some nice apps like Avedesk. & imagination. That's all. Most important is that you like it. :) my laptop ... I love this wallpaper... Perhaps you're not giving yourself enough credit, because I'm sure you're very capable! :) Give it a try, you'd be surprised how easy (and extremely addicting) it can be.
