I wish people would boycott rapidshare and never ever use it so it dies and disappears from the Internet...it doesn't work for anyone on NTL as they set their own proxy which everyone has.

No, I have the unrar.dll and it's in my root Styler folder.

Error happens when "The style is being changed. Please wait" and then it goes into a crash: "Styler.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close..."

i have always been curious, why is it that when styler is used to apply a visual style, the process is so much faster than going through the display properties?

You can disable Styler from changing or attempting to change the visual style.

In styler, under the desktop tab, you have option 'style is applied at the time of starting'. Disable that.

For those, you are unable to launch Styler successfully (crashes as in the case of phend-one), try disabling two settings using the configuration of Styler.

You can find it at the following path

X:\documents and settings\[username]\application data\styler\styler\data

OPen the styler.ini file and set as following:

NoSplash=1

StyleApply=0

You will have to change the values and save changes and try launching Styler.

I used to get similar error earlier and after multiple attempts to fix it, i got fed up and ended up formatting and reinstalling Windows. Not sure why the error comes up.

Hmm... i'm using the luna element 5 styler toolbar... However, it's functionality is much lower than the default windows toolbar... :huh:

Is there any version with more options?

you cannot add or remove buttons with a styler toolbar, they come as is.

well you can mod it, but no easy way to add or remove buttons
