How to get Windows Vista Beta 2 when released

I read that Windows Vista Beta 2 will be a public release "released to millions of consumers" Does this mean that one will actually be able to purchase the Vista Beta 2 or is it still only avai;able to those in Microsofts Vista Beta program?

it will be free and you will be able to download it off ms site or wait a few weeks and pay for postage of the dvd.

It will be available for download on May 23rd after WinHEC I believe while the DVD will only be available after May 29th.

Windows Vista isnt free either B2 is most probably an 180 day trial version.
