They're the very popular Tango icons, released by Vertigosity in a ridiculously handy shell-patcher. You can get them here: [shell Patcher] Tango Icons for Windows The readme is very informative, as is the whole thread (though at 23 pages its getting a bit long!) :D

his winamp skin looks like HmmXP Mono Blue (not 100% sure), you can probably get it from the HmmXP thread in the Completed VS subsection
