i wish my skins will work

There's quite a few in the making, once WLM is out we'll see more getting released.

That just means we're closer to MSG Plus! Live! :D Can't wait

Anyone wondering what our beta test "prize" is? :s

It's good, trust me

Mind explaining how Yahoo! users will reply to the WLM users?

;)

The logic in people's messages here is exonerating. :p

You can, in the contact list you can click the green double sided arrows and choose show details.

But the display picture is huge! It's not how it use to be in 7.5, I know many who hate this in the current build of wlm8. I hope this changes but I doubt it.

Also about the Yahoo being implemented into MSN, it's not likely to be in 8.0 if its going to be released next week, more like 8.1/8.5 which ever route they take on that. IF it does get released with Yahoo next week the developers won't be sleeping till then.. lol

There's a lot of issues with Yahoo implemented into MSN right now apprently. Some issues are, people are on msn and on away but appear online to yahoo messenger users AND another one is able to exchange text messages only, no files (so no Sharing Folders either), no Winks, no audio/video, etc. This is mentioned on mess.be

I just tried WLM8 in Vista... now I see what you meant by that. That's a feature I liked in 7.5 (not considering half the time I'd have to manually click on everyone's contact card to force the DPs to load).

Stuff like this makes me kinda wonder whom the Messenger team really listens to. Which smart ass came up with the idea of winks and paid packs anyway?

That's good news :D . But it still limited to text messages as there are no audio/video capabilities between WLM and Yahoo! Messenger :( . Oh well, on to the next version  .

PSG22?

Actually, I'm fine without Messenger Plus! however I hope Apatch will be out as soon as possible, I hate those stooooopid ads on the contact window. Talk about bloat-ware.

Err because I am too use to the Tabbed Conversation that comes with MSNplus .. that's why

It won't, I submitted it as a bug and it was closed as by design sadly.

This date isn't accurate.

Shh, everyone's eye is off the ball

Oh yeah. I forgot about that. They asked us to update our shipping address.

The prize was the winks...I dont think its anything else...

My guess is a USB phone to use with the pc2phone feature. Only a guess though.

haha....Oh god thanks for the laugh...

I think people abused too much with the Logitech webcam thing and now we're only getting winks and crap.

    • Microsoft resumes forced Copilot app installation on some Windows PCs by Usama Jawad Late last year, Microsoft planned to begin the automatic installation of the Microsoft 365 Copilot app on certain Windows PCs. However, in March 2026, it disabled this process due to a technical issue and informed customers that it would let them know when it would resume. It seems like that was only a temporary respite, as the Redmond tech giant has started the forced installation of the app on eligible devices. In an update on its Message Center for IT admins, Microsoft has informed customers that it is resuming the automatic installation of the Microsoft 365 Copilot on commercial Windows PCs that have Microsoft 365 apps already installed. What this means is that if you have Microsoft Office apps like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and more installed on your Windows PC through a Microsoft 365 license, you'll likely see the Microsoft 365 Copilot app pop up in your Installed Apps section soon, too. Fortunately, IT admins do have some control over this rollout. If they choose to opt out, devices in their tenant won't automatically get the dreaded Copilot app. However, phased rollout via feature flags has already begun and is expected to be completed by the end of June: Feature Flag1: started Jun 4, expected to finish June 10 Feature Flag2: expected to start on June 11, expected to finish on June 17 MSGraph schema rollout: expected to start on June 18, expected to finish on June 24 Feature Flag3: expected to start on June 25, expected to complete by July 1st Microsoft hasn't detailed what the process is to toggle the feature flags in its Message Center, and its public support page does not seem to mention it yet either. The Redmond tech giant has encouraged IT admins to let users know beforehand so they aren't caught by surprise to see a new app seemingly installed without manual interaction or their consent. Users who already have the app installed or are based in the European Economic Area (EEA) are unaffected by this move, which Microsoft has understandably flagged as a "major change".
