Certainly looks alot like a webcam in the upper right hand corner...so I see no reason why one wouldn't agree :)

actually i would say thats a windows flag inside a shield which means its probably something to do with windows onecare or safety.live.com

I didn't know the Windows flag only had three colors 0_o. Its a monitor, with a guy inset into it, and a webcam on the upper right hand corner..

Man I wish they did a dedicated flip3D for messenger, you really need somthing like that with that program.

I agree, its the button for the Microsoft Lifecam integration. It'll also have a button on the top of the webcam that does pretty much the same thing.

its just video chat/convo, we had that button a while ago but now we have the monitor with a phone above it.
