You criticized another poster because he was off on his facts, just thought you might have common sense enough to check your own facts. Then you criticized him a second time even though you failed to check your own numbers, there is a difference between below 50% and 53%, if you are going to rip on someone for being 5 free throws off then check you own facts. Pot. Kettle. Black. I don't want a purple heart, just you to realize that you are wrong. That gives me satisfaction.

Just to make you happy, I admit I was wrong by a few percentage points just like he was by a few free throws (5).

With the argument you are saying, that would be fine if you were saying he's better then Jordan. Nobody is saying that. I'm asking if he will be the next closest thing to him, not that he is better. LeBron James isnt even the right position anyways. I dont get what is with you people, hes a Forward, not a guard, they are two very differnt things. THAT is why people compare Wade to Jordan.

i dunno....my opinion of the shooting guard and small forward are they are pretty much interchangable....lebron can play both, wade can as well...just depends who else is on the floor. which is actually a good reason why these players are who they are, they are so versatile. Jordan actually did play both as he switched to small forward later in his career. and I think anyone looks for any superstar that plays somewhat like Jordan to compare the two, not based upon the name of the position. i will say, i hope dwayne wade starts shooting more 3's because he seems to make almost every one he takes even if its only 1 time per game

i know before game 7 they showed a highlight reel that basically went like 1 replay of wade, 1 of jordon, repeat. but every jordan replay made wade's replay look like crap. nobody in this current generation of players will even come close to jordan's dominence.

Dwyane Wade has Shaq there to force double-teams by the opposing defense.

Jordan WAS the one being double-teamed!!!!

LeBron is still the best young player in the league. If you put him with that Miami team in place of Wade they would have swept their way through the playoffs.

Very good point, Sir Kill

Lebron was at many times, tripled teamed because no one else in his team is even worthy of a 1-on-1.

If the Cavs had won the finals, James would be getting the 'next-MJ' hype instead. It's all about the media perspective. When Wade has 2 more championships under his belt, then we can debate it.

BTW, you need a "too early to tell" option for this poll.

    • Vivaldi ftw, as an old Opera user I've been using it everywhere since the very first preview. My only wish is I could use it at work, but alas, no luck so far. The only allowed options are Chrome or Edge, and while I hate Chrome with a passion and I would much rather use Edge than Chrome, the company policy limits Edge customizations a lot more than it limits Chrome for some reason, and some of those are things I just can't live without, so I have to suffer with Chrome where even tab switching is a pain...

    • Less disk space means less bandwidth demands which means lower operating costs for service providers... that's where money talks. ... cuz it's not about improving video quality!... that's just marketing spin.
