mr.dan
Is it possible to mix legacy Dial-on-demand-routing with dialer-profiles in a Cisco803, trying to make a connection between a new ISDN WAN setup using multiple Cisco803's and an existing Cisco1600 with 30+ DDR routes? Dredlok
Maybe I don't completely understand your question but this shouldn't be a problem. Dial on demand routing has no problems referencing a dialer profile. I have seen some cases in which you need a static host route to make this work right but that is code dependant. IE: ip route 10.10.10.0 255.255.255.0 10.10.10.1 ip route 10.10.10.1 255.255.255.255 Dialer1 This will cause the interface to dial when this route is needed and can be configured to allow specific traffic based on the access-list that is applied to the Dialer1 interface. Also, timeout values are specified within the Dialer1 interface. Please clarify more if this is not what you were asking. I should be able to assist on this since I used to work in the Access department on the Cisco TAC (its been quite a while though) ;)
