Fan Control V230 by Razvan Serea Fan Control is a powerful and versatile portable utility that allows you to monitor, control and customize the fans of your GPU and CPU to keep your machine cool and running smoothly. I'm curious if anyone knows the code to accomplish this:
1. Take an image to use as a background. (image.gif) My folder on the server already has an .htaccess file which makes GIF files load like PhP.
2. Pull data from an XML source and overlay the info onto the image file.
When the image file is called from a forum as a signature, it displays as the image with the text on it.
