I installed Autopatcher XP April 2006 on my PC (WinXP SP2 with modified theme dll and custom theme installed) and after the reboot theme support has been lost completely. A warning window about DEP also appeared concerning "Run dll as an app" with the only option to close it which I did. Now there is no way I can change the theme because a "Run dll as an app" error window always appears and the only option is to close it. I have tried disabling DEP and adding dll as an app to its list of exclusions with no success. I have also tried a new patched themes dll as suggested in a previous post but nothing also. The problem affects all user accounts on my PC. I also updated Autopatcher with May and June release but nothing changed. I am attaching the corresponding images for the error I get.
