Error when installing KB922481

I get the following message when installing Security Update for .NET Framework 2.0 (KB922481):

According to the KB, Windows Installer v3.1 must be installed, which it is. I even re-installed Windows Installer 3.1 just to make sure and I still get the message. I'm running WinXP Pro SP2.

The parameters used are:

/quiet /norestart /overwriteoem

/quiet /norestart /nobackup /overwriteoem

Should just be /q since the exe is not an actual hotfix installer but an actual microsoft installer patch (msp).

Hi,

I have amended my copy of this hotfix installation commands to:

/quiet /norestart

/quiet /norestart /nobackup

and this seems to be working for me so far.
