3COM network card problems

I have a 3COM 3C906B-TX based card and am trying to get it to work on Vista 5472.

I've tried several drivers for this card but none seam to work.

The drivers install without a flaw, but they don't create a new network connection.

Is there a solution to this problem, or do I have to get a new network card? It's working fine on XP.

Do you mean 3C905B-TX? According to the supplemental drivers pack that MS released to testers, it should work.

I just checked Microsoft Connect and I don't have access to any driver pack for vista, although I have access to Vista itself.

This driver pack IS on connect and it is called "Legacy Drivers for Beta 2 and Up". It was released on 21 June 2006.

Just scroll through all the packages and you will come to it.
