It is boring.... And Leopard is a little bit boring too. Nothing to get me in-line to buy it.

The "new" or "photocopied" features of Vista don't look so bad after all.

Remember that they aren't showing some of the "Top Secret" features here, just the "ordinary" ones. Perhaps that's why they have been focusing on the boring stuff.

new universal access

parental controls dramatically enhanced

Boot camp 1.0

next gen of front row

photobooth

ichat

mail

didn't talk about ical - moving to multiuser

11:22 core animation

11:22 full 64 bit top to bottom

11:21 these are just 10 of the many new features in Leopard

looks like its over

All in all I like what I saw of Leopard. I didn't expect a whole lot, as this is a developers confrence. I especally like Time Machine, and what Core Animation will provide for future apps.

Hey, keep in mind. Apple wasn't even going to have all their computers on Intel processors by the end of next year. I'm sure Leopard will be released sooner.

I am very excited about Leopard now. Once watching the keynote you get to see all the new features, plus the "Top Secret" ones. My favorite, in which I thought was stupid when I first heard the description, is being able to make widgets out of web pages. I am also excited about the iChat updates.

Time Machine looks amazing! I have lost much of my work from accidental perm. deletion, and this will making backing up files much easier/safer.

I am also looking forward to the upgraded gadgets Apple has yet to release this year and the coming year. (2007)

I am pretty much satisfied with Apple so far... Microsoft the other hand. :p (Haha, don't reply to that)

You can only get the keynote legally on Apple's website.

Yes, Giga is right. I wasn't at all excited about Leopard just seeing screenshots of the keynote and reading the updates until I saw the video. Leopard looks really nice.

Whoever has watched it, the part in Mail where Steve typed in 'Beat out Vista' or something, I was waiting for him to do the To do example on that and check it and say "Thats ok, we already did this with Tiger a year ago."... but he didn't. :p

Also the Backdrops in iChat made me laugh.

I expected Apple to say a little more about Leopard. Atleast some features that didn't already exist elsewhere =/

Time Machine will be good for Average Joe. I think I will find Spaces and improved Spotlight the most useful out of the 10 in the sneek peak.
